Replace an outdated website with something clearer and more credible.

A website redesign can improve how your business looks, communicates and works across mobile, tablet and desktop—without losing useful content or important customer information.

Fix what is holding the site back.

A redesign should do more than change colours and fonts. It should review the page structure, navigation, messaging, responsive layouts and the path visitors take towards contacting or buying from the business.

Web by Riley begins by identifying what already works and what creates friction. Useful content and important information can be retained, while dated layouts and unclear sections are rebuilt around a stronger structure.

Keep the business recognisable

The goal is not to replace a brand for the sake of following a trend. Existing colours, logos and recognisable elements can be used more consistently so the result still feels like the same business—only more professional and easier to use.

A considered rebuild from audit to launch.

The exact process changes with the site, but every redesign is scoped before work begins so you understand what will be retained, replaced and newly developed.

01 / REVIEW

Audit the current site

Review the pages, content, navigation, mobile behaviour and useful existing functionality before deciding what needs to change.

02 / REBUILD

Improve the experience

Create a more coherent visual system and responsive page structure around the business and its customers.

03 / RELEASE

Test and launch

Check layouts, links, forms, metadata and loading behaviour before replacing the existing website.

Quoted around the actual scope.

Redesign costs vary because existing websites differ greatly. A small brochure website is different from a large site with many pages, products, bookings or integrations.

The quote will reflect the number of pages, the amount of content being retained or reworked, any functionality being rebuilt and the complexity of the responsive design. A 40% deposit is required after the redesign scope and final quote are agreed.
